What is Hoops Station Thailand's Return and Exchange policy? 

  1. We offer a 10 day return for eligible item. Item(s) can be returned within 10 days of the date of purchase.
  2. Refunds are provided in the form of Cash Coupon under "My Rewards" section on www.Hoopsstationth.com. 
  3. Item(s) must be in original selling condition: new, unopened, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.
  4. Item(s) can be returned to our Central Warehouse via courier mail or Hoops Station Flagship Store at Siam Discovery (M Floor) or Hoops Station Central Westgate (1st Floor) or Hoops Station Central Khonkaen (2nd Floor).
  5. Return postage cost is subjected to customer responsibility. Click here for more information.
  6. Proof of purchase from Hoops Station must be available in order to return items.
    • Website members with registered accounts can use "Return" feature in Purchase History page to initiate return process directly.
    • Guest website visitors and offline store customers need to show the receipt corresponding to item(s) to be returned. 
  7. Hoops 360 Co., Ltd. (Hoops Station Thailand) reserves the right to change the Return and Exchange policy at any time without prior notice.

 

What Products are non-returnable / non-refundable?

  1. "Final Sale" items
  2. Hygiene related items Sports Masks / Underwear / Compression wear
  3. Raffle items
  4. Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

 

How do I return items?

If you are a member with a registered account

  1. Find item(s) you want to return in your Purchase History, click "return" under the status column. 
  2. In the Product Return Form, fill in return reason and required information, then click submit.
  3. Wait 1-3 days for Hoops Station team to investigate if the case is under our return policy.
  4. If approved, follow step-by-step instructions to send item(s) to our Central Warehouse via courier mail or drop off at Hoops Station Flagship Store at Siam Discovery (M Floor) or Hoops Station Central Westgate (1st Floor) or Hoops Station Central Khonkaen (2nd Floor).
  5. Once item(s) are received and inspected, you will receive a cash coupon in "My Rewards" section. Physical inspection is usually done within the same day.

If you do not have a registered account

  1. Click here to access Product Return Form.
  2. In the Product Return Form, fill in return reason, personal information, product images, receipt image, then click submit.
  3. Wait 1-3 days for Hoops Station team to investigate if the case is under our return policy.
