1. Participants must register with their own valid email, mobile number, personal identification or passport number, and shipping address. *Shipping address in Thailand only*

2. One entry per participant per launch product. Participants with duplicate entries will be disqualified.

3. Raffle entry information cannot be amended once submitted.

4. Raffle entry can be cancelled only until 8.00 pm on the same day.

5. Raffle entry is non-transferable, cannot be sold, cannot be re-assigned to anyone else.

6. Raffle entries are not guaranteed to win the purchase of the product and are subject to stock availability.

7. Raffle entries have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash or for credit towards other purchases.

8. Vouchers and discounts are not applicable for raffle products, unless specified as an exception.

9. Entering the raffle gives Hoops 360 Co., Ltd. the right to create an order and capture your payment when selected as a winner.

10. The raffle closing date and time are subject to change at any time under sole discretion of Hoops 360 Co., Ltd.

11. Participant acknowledges that once the raffle entry is submitted, funds will be reserved and payment is authorized by you via Omise payment gateway. 12. The funds are not held by Hoops 360 Co., Ltd. but are held by Omise / card issuing bank.

13. Participant’s reserved funds are settled by Omise / card issuing bank once selected as a winner.

14. [Credit card] Reserved funds are voided for all unsuccessful entries and a refund / cancellation will be processed by Omise / card issuing bank. Refunds to credit cards usually take 1-7 business days depending on the bank policy. Please contact the credit card issuing bank for any refund issue.

15. [Debit card] Refund process for debit cards may take up to 45 days. Please contact the debit card issuing bank for more information or inquiries.

Raffle win cannot be cancelled.

16. Shipping fee of 100 baht is charged per raffle product.

17. All sales of raffle items are final. No size changes are allowed. No amendment of any sort is allowed. No refund and cancellation are accepted.

18. Hoops 360 Co., Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any customer/participant found to be tampering with the entry process, or operation of entering the draw, or acting in any disruptive manner, or acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
